Daily Snacks for Venezuelan Children-at-Risk
Daily Snacks for Venezuelan Children-at-Risk
It hurts to see malnourished children. The dire economic situation in Venezuela has left many families unable to provide sufficient protein or calories for their kids.
OMS Colombia’s Soy Satura ministry seeks to provide daily snacks for 500 children and a few elderly folks in the Venezuelan border town of Rubio. For $15/month, a child receives a protein-rich, soy-based snack and drink five days a week.
Our workers not only offer the snack, but they also share the Good News of Jesus with the kids, using an interactive kids program called Satura Kids. Thank you for prayerfully considering a special gift or monthly donation to this outreach as we continue helping these children in 2024.
